Free, Live Project Consultation For New IntuiFace Customers
IntuiLab has just launched a new program entitling all new customers to free 1:1 consulting with our top product expert.
As I like to say when demoing IntuiFace, we put the word 'intuitive' in its name for a reason. However, learning IntuiFace and learning how to use it effectively are two different things. There is a line separating the creation of any interactive experience and the creation of a good one. Like Web design 15 years ago, interactive content creation is evolving as its own specialty.
Most folks aren't looking to become specialists but they do want to get the most out of their time with IntuiFace. We decided to do something about it.
It's called "Better Call Seb".
Any first-time customer purchasing one or more annual Composer Pro or annual/perpetual Composer Enterprise licenses is given - for free - a 30 minute consultation session with our top expert, Sebastien "Seb" Meunier. This is a live session conducted via screen sharing software. Sebastien preps for this call with information about the new customer's project: existing designs, specs. guidelines, etc. He brings recommendations to the conversation, answers questions and - at its conclusion - writes up discussion points/next steps and sends them, with a recording of the conversation, to the customer.
An added bonus for those purchasing annual/perpetual Composer Enterprise: a second, follow-up 30 minute consultation after progress is made on the project.
Is there a better predictor of project success than early conversation with an expert? Of identifying concerns and opportunities up front, exposing weakness and reinforcing strengths, making sure priorities are defined and actionable? All of this is possible with "Better Call Seb".
Not only do new customers get their hands on the greatest interactive content creation software in the world, they get to speak 1:1 with that product's best expert - all without spending a dime (or euro or shekel). Just one more reason to invest in IntuiFace....
Each new customer receives an email informing them of how to sign up for their consulting session. We want to see everyone take part so don't be shy!
