Beginning Again

Starting this week, the IntuiLab blog will be taking on a more personal tone. Entries will represent their author and thus have a more opinionated sheen than you might expect of generic corporate blog speak. You’re going to hear a lot from me - it’s Geoff by the way, IntuiLab’s CMO - but we’ll have lots of guest entries as well. The way we see it, IntuiLab’s success is due to the sum of its parts and each part has a perspective. So come look at our parts!
Ok, that didn’t come out right but you know what I mean.
Why this week of all weeks? Well I’ve learned something about myself and it’s that for me, emotionally, the business year starts not in January but in September. Like the school year here in the United States, I embrace the summer not as a pause but as a conclusion. Our accountants see things otherwise but as psychologists say, you can’t blame someone for how they feel.
So summer completes the cycle and fall sets it free, refreshed and ready for the open road. (And there’s the first of many mixed metaphors in our future…)
You’re going to find that folks at IntuiLab absolutely love their job, the industry and being on the cutting edge. That’s where mistakes are made and magic happens. We’ll give you our insight to all of this and more, putting a spotlight both on what happens inside IntuiLab and out there in the big bad world of technology. Thanks for following along!
